In place of my ActionButtons:  [ACTIONBUTTON:1]&nbsp;[ACTIONBUTTON:2]&nbsp;<br />
[ACTIONBUTTON:3]&nbsp;[ACTIONBUTTON:4] ,  while I'm logged in as host or admin the buttons have been replaced with:  ~  ~  Move

I'm not sure what's causing them to be buggy or why the buttons would be replaced with ~ ~ Move.

here's the code for one of the containers:

 <!--style="width:200px;" width was added to this div, removed for largeness-->
<div id="Panel" class="mainholder">
    <div id="Box2" class="whitetopedge">
        <div id="Box1" class="whitetopleft">&nbsp;</div>
        <div id="Box3" class="whitetopright">&nbsp;</div>
        <!--<h2>top</h2>-->
    </div>

    <div id="Box4" class="whiteleftedge">
        <div id="Box6" class="whiterightedge">
            <div id="Box5" class="whitecontent">
                <!-- margins don't count in the height -->
                <p>[TITLE][ACTIONS]</p>
                <div id="contentpane" runat="server"></div>
          </div>
        </div>
    </div>

    <div id="Box8" class="whitebotedge">
        <div id="Box7" class="whitebotleft"></div>
        <div id="Box9" class="whitebotright"></div>
        <!--<h4>bottom</h4>-->
    </div>
</div>
[ACTIONBUTTON:1]&nbsp;[ACTIONBUTTON:2]&nbsp;<br />
[ACTIONBUTTON:3]&nbsp;[ACTIONBUTTON:4]

Can someone shed some light on this problem?  I am way behind in deployment of my site and this isn't helping my progress.  thanks for any insight.

Maybe they should be inside the DIV Tags!

You also need the ACTION Button Objects filled out inside the .xml file.

Take a look at the DNN Blue Skin containers.

Also...

a lot of the divs have ids which are supposed to be unique on a page, will you be using this container more than once in a page?

I figured out the problem.  I was missing the .xml file so it causes the ~~Move to be in place of the action buttons.  gotta love it!
