Iam looking for a Support ticketing DNN module. I’m specifically interested in this functionality and wondered if you were able to confirm that using the module will enable automatic creation of tickets when new emails are received and that when subsequent emails are sent and received that they are added as ‘conversation’ items to the original ticket and are not created as new tickets.

Please let me know your feedback.

Thanks,
SeshaReddy

The DNN Help module will not provide this functionality. As an alternative, check out the Help Desk module on the DNN MarketPlace at http://marketplace.dotnetnuke.com/p-171-dnts-help-desk20.aspx it seems to meet your needs.
