Bo,

Is the entire module not working, or is it one part , for example Is the module showing zero's for Members and Visitors?

One method you could try is to load the "Users Online With Roles" module on a page, go into settings and click update.  When the update is clicked, the users online updates occures ( basiclly same function as the scheduler PurgeUsersOnline).  Then check your Event Viewer for any errors.  This might help narrow down our problem search.

Now it has locked up a 165 online. Has been at that number for better than a week.

Can't get into the setting on any of the modules on the front page . Here's what I get when I try.

Error: Module is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.BindData() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

What's up with that? The only way to change anything is to delete it and start a new one ?

I installed the module and changed the web.config as directed and all I get is an error and the page will not load at all. I look in the event viewer and find the following error:
