Hello,  I recently had issues installing DotNetNuke on a new web server.  I don't know where the error originates but I get the feeling that it may be a .Net issue or even IIS related.  Below is the stack trace.  Everything goes perfectly fine up to the web driven install when I receive:

Server Error in '/DotNetNuke' Application.

Invalid XML. Missing required tag <CodeGroup> for type 'System.Security.Policy.PolicyLevel'.
