I can't seem to locate where I can set the width for the drop down for categories, sort etc. Nothing in the html files from the templates seems to have any impact.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Ummmm I believe it should be an attribute of the template's .xml file but I can't double check it at the moment.

you can set the width for the category dropdown by changing the "Width" setting for the [CATEGORIES] tag in the Header.XML file for the template you're using. In the "default" template, you'll see the default value of "150", change it to whatever width you'd like.

Changing the width of the sort box is a little more complicated because in the current release the "Width" setting is not supported for the [SORT] tag. However, you can still change the width by using the "CssClass" setting. You'll need to setup a custom class for your sort box

1) add the following at the top of your header.html file (Note: set the font family and size to whatever those settings are for your .normal class in your skin so the font will match):
<style type="text/css">
.MySortClass { font-family: Arial; font-size: 11px; width: 150px; }
</style>

2) In your header.xml file, change the "CssClass" setting for the [SORT] tag to "MySortClass"
