Anyone knows what's happening? My dotnetnuke search is not working at all, and all i get is the following message:

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

How can i fix this?

Thanks for any help

I get the same thing. I've increased the search schedule and have truncated the db logs, but this still persists.

Any ideas?

Rick

I suggest to clear the search tables (see http://www.deutschnetnuke.de/tabid/134/Default.aspx), re-index and try again.

Excellent - thanks!

Is there a way to create this as a scheduled task? If so, would you mind walking me through the steps?

thanks so much,
Rick
