Hi there!

I'm crawling my way through my first DNN installation... :-)
I have a problem in regards to the Text/HTML module. It is not installed. Why is that and how do I install it?

(I found a zip file from the source package that I tried to install, but i ran into an afwull lot of errors)

Hey Carsten,

I would suggest, rather than trying to fix a 'broken' install. You just start over fresh with a new install (new file system, new DB), there may be other things wrong from your install as well that you haven't noticed yet....

here is a link that seems to have a detailed description of all the steps (just in case).

take care,

Ian

Hi Ian

Thank you for your quick response.
I have tried starting from scratch - twice :-)

I found out that the HTML module did'nt work as it was supposed to if I was logged in as "host".
As soon as I logged in as admin or some other superuser - the HTML module worked fine...
