2 of x in a list of n00bish questions...

We have an ASP.NET 2.0 app that might go to DNN.  We use a lot of pop up windows.

Example: Search for a list of widgets, find the one your want.  Click "edit" to edit the widget.  The href calls popEditWidget(123), which pops a new window for the editwidget.aspx?WidgetID=123 page.

Custom modules seem built around the ascx model.  Our users like pop up windows. How do we do pop up windows?

Thanks for your help!

You can have your ASCX files call popup pages (aspx files).

Or you could take the approach of using Modal Popup windows with the ASP.NET Ajax framework, and popup windows within windows that load user controls.
