Definitely - also check out PokerDIY.com, a live social network for poker players with poker league management. It has Events, Groups, Profiles with friendlists, private messages etc.

What exactly do you want to do?  Are you looking to scrape my space info?  Or are you looking to plug in your module into myspace?  I think the first option is just a matter of screen scraping.  There are (or use to be) a couple of modules that can do this.  If you are looking to create a module that can be uploaded to myspace then I don't think that their is a module out their that does that.  From my experience (I use to work with one of those types soc of comps) the best bet is to create a flash module that can be uploaded to the site.  Companies such as myspace and face book are very strict on the input that is sent to them (ie no js), but they have no control over a flash module that is embedded on their site.
