The problem is strange.

I have just installed DNN 4.6.2 on my XP SP2 machine, with db on SQL Server Express SP2. All works well in lan (i can browse it correctly, as do all the other pc on the lan), I published  the pc on the net but the only thing I get when I try to open the DNN site is a page not found error. IIS seems to work correctly, I can open picture that are in the root of the site, but even if I try to open the site pointing to the main page http:\\my_ip\dnn\default.aspx i get just a page not found error.

P.S. I'm under the classic Windows firewall. I opened only the port 80. I tryed even lowering completely the firewall but nothing changed.

this sounds like an issue of ASP.Net installation or IIS web site configuration on the target web server. Good Luck.

Cheers from Germany,
