DNN 4.7.0 host is 1and1.com

Finnally got a clean install with no errors occuring while I was doing the install.  But when I go to the site I get this:

Any idea what could be the problem or how to go about debuging it?

Ensure that the portal alias that exists for your site is the sam as the one that you are using to access it.

Thanks for the response.

I'm new to both DNN and ASP.NET, but I think I understand what your asking me to check.

URL: http://new.wordmasters.com/web/

PortalAlias Table:

PortalAliasID PortalID HTTPAlias
1 0 new.wordmasters.com/web

 That looks right to me.

The step I never go to is the one where you set the skins etc. for the site, so the portals\0 directory only has a few gifs in it, a css file and a templates\Default.page.template file.  Don't know if that could be related.

Thanks

John

OK... I was able to bypass the error above.

I temporarily set the IUSR permissions for all the DNN site to full control.  So finally I can get some event dumps.

Here's the last one int logs...

So.. it appears I have some sort of security configuration problem.

Should the IUSR account have full control on some part of the site?  If so what part(s)?

Anything else you can suggest that I need to do to get this set up right?

John

Sent an email to my host to have them check the server configuration.  Never heard back but everything mysteriously started working.
