I had a perfectly working 4.6.2 based site until I applied the latest 4.7.0 upgrade. Now I can't access any menu items from the Admin and Host drop downs although I could before the upgrade. Now all I get is from every menu item. The rest of website appears to be functioning correctly. Isn't this done from within the Admin or Host menus which are the bits that aren't working. Is there another way?

It looks to me as though 4.7.0 has a number of problems based on the number of posts on this forum relating to it.
