go to Host Settings menu in Host menu and deactivate "show copyright credits".

How about "Terms Of Use" and  "Privacy Statement"? how to disable them?

Have a look at you skin file - and remove the references to these items - make sure to make a back-up copy of your skin first.  I don't believe there are any settings to show/hide Privacy and Terms.

Edit your skin code, and remove...
