Nguyen,

If you need to localize Menu Items and Dynamic Site Content, there is a handful of third parties solutions available. Efority.net supports the EALO project at DNN Forge, which is listed below among others.

For ML Module Content you need ML Modules like:

  • free MLHTML from Apollo SW (www.apollo-software.nl)
  • free MagicContent from DNN Forge (www.codeplex.com/MagicContent)

For ML Menus you need a Page Localization Solution like:

  • free EALO from DNN Forge (www.codeplex.com/ealo)
  • DSLocalizator from Locopon (dnn.tiendaboliviana.com)
  • PageLocalization from Apollo SW (www.apollo-software.nl)

Maybe you should play around a little with DNN's static localization features, before trying any of these modules, so that you will better know what to look for and how to choose better.

Saludos,

Alejandro.

Hi !

I'm working on a dnn 4 and I created three portals ( in french[FR], in english [US] and in spanish [ES] language) on my website :

- myportal/fr   --> (main portal)
- myportal/us
- myportal/es

Can someone tell me if it's possible ... when you click on the little flag of the main portal ... to be redirected/transfered to the correponding portal in the right language ?

Example :   If I click on the "spanish flag", I will be redirected to spanish portal "myportal/es"!

I've searched in vain a solution since this morning ... no results !!!
So it'll be very nice if someone can give any idea to fix it !

Thanks

Rivo

I want to create a website like that. In myportal/us, myportal/fr  I will place everything in US , French language respectively. How can I do it? Which tool supports this ?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks

the free Effority module I was referencing is innovatively called "CustomRedirect" and can be downloaded after registration from "Small Modules and Tools" Section.
