Just getting started with the Forum module in out implementation of DNN.  I looked through the config forms and settings and couldn't find how I enable the (Reply) and (New Thread) buttons.

if someone could direct me to a solution it would be appreciated.

Thanks for the good module.

You will need to go to Forums and Groups Administration, select a forum there and set the security settings of that forum. User with roles that you allow to post, will have the New Thread and Reply buttons.

How do you set the security settings of a forum?  how do I give a user the rights to post?
