Help!!!!!

I am trying to install Dotnetnuke 4.07 but I get this below. Can anyone help me. OHHH I am a first time user of course.

Server Error in '/DotNetNuke_2' Application.

Could not open new database 'C:\DOTNETNUKE_2\WEBSITE\APP_DATA\DATABASE.MDF'. CREATE DATABASE is aborted.
An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file C:\DotNetNuke_2\Website\App_Data\Database.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.
File activation failure. The physical file name "C:\DotNetNuke_2\Website\App_Data\Database_log.ldf" may be incorrect.
The log cannot be rebuilt when the primary file is read-only.

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.42; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.210

What is the physical path of your site? Did you set it up in c:\dotnetnuke_2 ? or is it configured elsewhere.

Right click the database.mdf file and click properties and uncheck the read only option and let only archive be checked........also u need to paste the corresponding database_log.ldf file inside app_data.
