I get the following error after upgrading from 4.3.7. The upgrade said it was successful, but when trying to access the portal an error is received.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

try to reset the application by editing web.config file (add a blank to a comment and save the file).

I got the same error when I upgrade DNN 4.6.2 to DNN 4.7.0.  Any solution?

try to restart application by adding a blank to an end of a line in your web.config file and saving it.
