I used pane level skinning with great success in 4.4.x and have just started making another site using 4.7.0

I have create a skin using the .HTML & .XML method (with tokens [CONTENTPANE:1] & [CONTENTPANE:2] etc)

At first glance pane level skinning appears to be working - but when I put more than one module in a pane only the TOP module has the pane level container applied (all others get site default)

Rearranging the order of the modules gives the same effect - it is always only the module at the TOP that gets the correct container.

By the way my panes are DIV's rather than TD's

Do other people see the same behaviour or is it just me?

I am seeing the same behavior in my 4.7.0 website. We are using a three pane layout using DIV and CSS instead of TD for the panes. Only the first module in each pane correctly loads the container for that pane. All other modules use the default site container.

We have worked around the problem by assigning the correct container directly to the modules. However, this is not the way that all the prior 4.x releases functions.

Was the original behavior of container inheritence a bug that was corrected and this is the way the content panes are supposed to function?
