Can i know wats the difference btw DNN 3.x and 4.x? if i wanna install 4.x, do i need to follow the 3.x installation step? i reali have problem installing DNN 4.x, hope you all can help.

DNN 3 is geared for .NET 1.1 while DNN 4 is geared for .NET 2 and above. No you don't need DNN 3.x to install DNN 4. What are the problems you're having installing DNN 4?

the problem is :C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DotNetNue\Website\web.config" is denied.
