I would like to allow a user to edit their own user information. Is there an easy way to do this?

They just have to click on their displayed name and it'll take them to their user profile.

I only want to show infromation I want them to change not the other options. like    Visibilty:PublicMembers OnlyAdmin Only

I also do not want to have the user have to press manage profile before they can edit their user information.  I just want a simple form with their information that they can edit

Go to Admin > User Accounts - User Settings to set profile visibility options. You can also set the visibility of profile properties on the Manage Profile Properties page located under the Admin > User Accounts page.
