Hi there, as always guys thanks in advance.
I'm trying to install DNN 4.0.2 on Microsoft Virtual PC 2004.
I've setup other installs of DNN 3.2 with very little hassle so I do have some experience of what to expect.  This time however when I browse to the >> http://localhost/dnn402/default.aspx  << I get the following error in the browser that has me baffled...

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Ok running the repair on the DotNet Framework 2 fixes this problem.

Running repair didnt fix the problem for me.

Any other idea ?

I've found that installation order can matter with things like IIS and .Net Framework.  Maybe uninstall them both and then reinstall will help.

Yes. Thats what i did. I ghost my pc and reinstall IIS and .net.  The correct order is : IIS then Visual studio 2005.
