I'm running 4.7 also.

I'm beginning to think it is more related to the FCKeditor.  I was working on an TXT/HTML module last night, and spent awhile creating a table with a bunch of images, all linked to different places.  It took awhile to do all this, and when I clicked on submit it cleared the edit area and stayed right there.   After several swear words, I recreated the entire table, but then made a copy of it before I clicked Submit.  Sure enough, it cleared the edit area again, so I pasted it all back in and submitted.   This time, it cleared it after only a few seconds, so I'm wondering if it really isn't a time-out issue after all.  I pasted and submitted it a third time and it took.

Hi Dan,

on standard settings there is a time out in DNN after 20 muinutes.  So if this it can be trz to setting it up to 30 or 60 minutes.

Also what can do a posting problem is with the database.   Is it an upgrade from legacy Forum version?  Did you using objectQualifier or a other databaseOwner? Are you using SQL Server 2000 or 2005?

I was originally thinking it was a timeout issue, but now I'm not so sure.  Last night I attempted to edit the above mentioned table (in a TXT/HTML module), all I wanted to do was change one URL link.  I edited the module, made the change, clicked submit and it happened again.  We're talking maybe 20 seconds max here.

This particular install is on a hosted site with SQL Server 2000.  Are there any optimizations that could cure this?
