I did just download the PA today but did it again just to be sure. I have checked and double checked that my site  settings are Central Time Zone US. I added a new event for 10:00 am central while logged in with a user set to Central TZ. Teh event looks OK at that point. When I logout and view the calendar the date displays is 4:00 pm. If I loging as admin which is set to Central I get the correct date. I am positive that my site time zone is Central. But if I try to view the calendar or calendar list without being logged in I get invalid times.

I did notice that whuile logged in as admin set to Central TZ the times displyed correctly but in the database the time is stored as 2/25/2006 4:00:00 PM instead of 10:00 am. Which means that while I'm logged in as a user in the Central time zone the teh calendar make sthe adjustment and displays the time correctly. When logged out the time is showing exactly what is in the database and not making teh adjustment for the site timezone setting.

I will keep trouble shooting.

Rob.  Another user also identified the issue and I have corrected it.  I just posted a fix.  Sorry.

Unfortunately I hadn't discovered this issue until I had posted.  I have corrected this and places another patch on my site...www.avanced.net...please use this latest version.  Sorry for the confusion.

Alan,

I am having the same problem. I redownloaded the newest module of avcalendar today. Uninstalled my previous install and reinstalled.

When I add a new event it does not show up and is because the begin date/time is saved as a date/time after the ending date/time and NOT as the date/time entered.

Before installing I verifed that my portal timezone was set correctly (CST).

For more information, this is the start and end times that I entered:

Start: 2/10/2006 6:30 PM         End: 2/10/2006 8:15 PM

The SQL table shows the date and time as:

Start: 2/11/2006 12:30 AM with a duration of 105 minuites.

When I change the SQL table to correct the date and time then the event shows up, however now the time shows up as 12:30 PM on the calendar even though the SQL table is set to 6:30 PM.

I have verified that all of my timezones are set to (UTC -06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) which is the six hours difference between the entered time and the SQL table posted time.

I really want to use this calendar as I really like it and it does exactly what I want it do to along with the calendar list module. I hope you can fix this asap. Thanks.

Further testing shows that if I enter a time before 6pm then it saves ok. If I enter a time of 6pm or later then the event does not show up because the begin date is then one day after the ending date.
