I get this error while using the Host account and accessing Host Settings:

This is a fresh install of 4.7.0. I was going to install a module when this was found. I had never used the host account until this point. I've only added text to my website and everything was fine until this point. There was no errors whatsoever until I tried to access the host settings in my host account.

have you tried to restart application by adding a trailing blank to a line in your /web.config file and saving it?
