I am creating my first dotnetnuke module using this great tutorial: http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/DNN_Module4/

However my module only works properly when I am logged in. I also did the tutorial with the example of the guestbook and it also only shows results when logged in.

How does this come? Where do I need to change the code so it also works for guests who are not logged in?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Be sure that your module caching value is set to 0.

Thanks alot Mitch. This indeed was my problem.

I had to set the module cache to 0 in the module defenitions and also in the settings of the module itself.
I was testing my code when not logged in for 2 days and things that should have worked just didn't, I was getting really annoyed and then to find out it did work when logged in and all this because of this caching setting I forgot. Unbelievable. Well glad I got it now I can continue.

Thanks again.
