I've created a MyBook module that has 2 controls. The first one is MyBookTree that allows to create and arrange book chapters in a hierarchical order. The second one is a ChapterEditor controls that holds some textboxes and an FCKEditor control. I'd like to put the Tree control to the left pane of a page and ChapterEditor to its content pane.

I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to somehow save my page layout so I can easily restore it on other machine? (I mean that BookEditor page has two panes, where the left one holds Tree control and the content one holds ChapterEditor)

2. Currently I install the single module MyBook but after that I have to additionally import module definition for ChapterEditor control. And only after that I can add the control to my page through Host's control panel. Is there any better way to install all controls in a module at once?

Thank you very much!
