It is indeed the only one uncommented. I upgraded from the previous version. 4.5.xx. The upgrade went fine with no errors. I use this URL to access the website:

http://servername/admin/security/windowssignin.aspx

This used to log us in autmatically on the previous version but is now throwing the error above. I just upgraded to 4.7 and am having the same issue.

Thanks,

Kevin W. Miller

Ahhh  With the new provider you have to go to http://servername/desktopmodules/authenticationservices/activedirectory/windowssignin.aspx and have anonymous access turned off in the IIS security (like you did on the old windowssignin.aspx).

Hey! You're a genius! I don't know what we're paying you but it clearly isn't enough! <grin>

That fixed it. Thanks so much for your help!

No worries. It just took a while to get to what was causing the error for you.

So the errors are basically "DotNetNuke.Security.Authentication.XXXX" is not defined (in Signin.ascx.vb) where XXXX stands for "UserInfo","AuthenticationController" ,...
