I can't remember my password.  So I requested it but I have no clue where that email goes, it certainly didn't make it to work.  So I registered again with a different email address and now when I go to downloads and log in it tells me I don't have access to this tabbed page.  What I have is a couple of versions old.  Why can I not get in??

If you have access to your DNN database you can go into the users table and find the new user you just created and change the IsSuperUser field to "True".  That way when you log in you have full permissions.  You can also swap passwords for users in the dbo.aspnet_membership table by finding the userid and replacing the password and password salt with the one's for the user you created.  Either way you should at least get SuperUser access.
