I have transferred my DNN 3.5 site to a new host provider and aked them to upgrade to DNN 4.7. The site has been upgraded however when I log in as Host and I try to access the Module definition page, or the Host Setting page. Everything else appears to be working.

The errors I get are:

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable.
