I finally got my backend in gear and did up the documentation for the AD Provider. You can find it under Other Files on the Project Downloads page (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Products/Development/Projects/ProviderAuthentication/Downloads/tabid/852/Default.aspx).

Thank you Mike for taking the time to do this! 
Your documentation does not mention if the provider will allow multiple child portal authentication (more than 2)  from the one provider/dnn database.  Does anyone know if this is possible without a 3rd party module?

At this point there are issues with child portals that I'm trying to work out.
