Up until today there were only two bloggers on my site, both of us also post articles so we have admin rights. Now we have a blogger who is not an admin. She can create new blogs but can't edit them. Edit blog just isn't there. I logged in as her and created another blogger to test. New blogs are not a problem but can't edit existing blogs. I found a thread on this from August but not solution was posted. Any ideas?

In theory this should not be happening (hence the lack in response to the post of august).

Try doing this:

1. Create a Role called "Bloggers" (or whatever you wish)
2. Assign this role to that user
3. Give Edit Permissions to the Bloggers role.

This should be used as a final solution, unless you really want to, but it will at least tell you that there is something worng with permissions.

I do have a Bloggers role and bloggers have edit permission in the My Blog Module. All my bloggers including the ones who can't edit existing blogs have the blogger role in their profile. I don't think they could create blogs in the first place if that were not true.  Is there another module I need to modify to give bloggers edit permission?

I ran out of options. I have never had this issue before.

Hopefully someone else here has had this issue and know of a way to resolve it.

Sorry I could not be of much help.

I'm using blog module 03.03.01. Are you using that version? If so, do you have any bloggers who don't also have an admin role?
