Do you mean a page of all the links on your site or the sitemap you submit to search engines? The latest versions of DNN generate the sitemap search engine automatically  just  append sitemap.aspx to the end of your domain, it returns the pages the current user has permission to view in xml format.

You might be able to use that url as the source for the XML/XSL module and create a page of links for users to navigate around your site or if not use the methods used to generate the sitemap.aspx to create your own module.

Hope that answers your question

There are a number of site map modules available.  The only one I'm familiar with is DNNMasters, but Snowcovered will list others.
