Hi guys,

How can I retrieve the username & display name of the logged user?

Is there a document where I can find this and relevant information?

thanks

you can get all of the user info on the currently logged in user like this...

Dim userInfo As DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserInfo
userInfo = DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserController.GetCurrentUserInfo()

then you can get the username and displayname from the userInfo object

I am not aware of any API documentation, the best reference is intellisense :)

The code for the UserInfo class is located in
/DotNetNuke/Library/Components/Users/UserInfo.vb
