Hey Eric.  Unfortunately, those are the only ones I have run into so far.  There are likely many more similar changes, but I am only finding the changes that directly affect my DNN instance.  :(  However, I will certainly continue to post anything else I find.  I am not sure how much more that will be since I just had my first successful upgrade this morning.

Following the upgrade, I was not able to compile or build the site.  I found through this thread that I needed to remove some leftover and unneccessary files.
