I'm experiencing several anomolies in my DNN 4.5 web site related to adding and deleting pages.  I've added pages to the site and then tried to delete them.  Afterwards, the pages seem to randomly appear and then disappear from the menu as I click through the site.  They do not appear in the Recycle Bin following the delete.  This same random-ness occurs in the Admin > Pages tool.. sometimes the deleted pages show up and other times they do not. 

I have a hunch that somehow the site has these pages confused with the Home page... when/if I can get into the "deleted" page's settings I often see the Home page configuration (Name, Title, etc.).  But this too is random.

I am not able to recreate the scenerio with any consistency.

I have two separate DNN 4.5 installations on different servers (and separate SQL Server 2005 databases).  The same problem is happening in both.  Both installations were fairly standard... we followed the DNN installation guide closely.

Correction... I'm running DNN 4.6, not 4.5

I have same problem, not only with pages but with modules on pages too. I assume this is caching issue. This is temporary fixed if I restart application (host settings page)
