I have looked at http://mysite/sitemap.aspx and it does not add pages in the forum or blog

It includes only the home page and the links off the home page including the link to the forum and blog

Is this a bug or is there some other setting I need to add to get sitemap.aspx to add forum and blog pages to the sitemap?

regards,

Mark

In current version, the sitemap is built on the search index, that does not offer detail links in its module interface. This is a planned enhancement for a future enhancement of the provider interface.

Hi Mark,

Try this site.  It will automatically generate your sitemap for you, including all forum + blog posts

http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

While you're waiting for your sitemap to be generated, have a read through this excellent site.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Hi,

I think that the sitemap.aspx would be a very powerful feature if it provided all of the site automatically.

Having to manually create a sitemap every time the site is modified is a hassle and it would be good to see this problem solved once and for all.

regards, Mark
