I am new to DotNetNuke, and GoDaddy for that matter.  I have configured the database on GoDaddy and updated the web.config file accordingly.  During the installation of DNN I am getting the following error during the database configuration:

Connection Error(s):
Index #: 0
Source: .Net SqlClient Data Provider
Class: 20
Number: 1214
Message: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

I have read enough to know DNN works on GoDaddy.  Any idea what I have configured incorrectly to complete the install?  Is it possible that I do not have the correct type of GoDaddy account?

Thanks for any help,

Andrew
