I have setup an events module. I have created a user role that I want to allow to edit this besides the host and admin. When I use this role and set it to allow editing for this module, it does not allow me to edit any existing events? What do I need to do to obtain the ability for this user role to be able to edit an existing event?

Thanks,

Jody Wood

Oh yeah, it would also be nice if the event could be deleted too, but I don't see a way of doing that when logged in with this user role. Any ideas on what needs to happen to be able to delete the event?

Thanks,

Jody Wood

With more playing around and trying different things, I believe I have found my solution. If I add the event as the Content Editor role, I am able to edit and delete the event details. If I add it as the admin or host role, the Content Editer role is not allowed to edit or remove the event details.

Thanks for being a sounding board as I learn more about DotNetNuke!
