Is there a way to limit an Authenticated User to only change their Password. That is they cannot change their First Name, Last Name, Display Name or Email Address.

If you know programming, I would suggest to look at the free SSO module.  This module will display to authenticated user a profile screen with option to change password.  You can remove all fields except  the password.
