I am getting the following error when trying to give permissions on a folder in the File Manager in v4.08:

A critical error has occurred.
Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_FolderPermission'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.FolderPermission'. The statement has been terminated.

Does anyone know what is going on here?

Thanks!
Mike

I've been seeing this regularly since 4.7

If I leave the page, refresh, resync and do various things like that then it seems to work as desired, but it's definitely a problem.

I got THE SAME error when installing 4.8 yesterday... I simply installed on another domain. I believe it had something to do with when I put the character "-" in the dnn table prefix option as when I installed again without that it worked.

BfA, do you mean, you set the objectQualifier to "-" ?
