Have you checked out Michael Washintons tutorials on module development? Seems you are using the wrong technology (aspx files) to accomplish what you want, what you really should be doing is developing a real module. See here for more info: http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/

Definitely i will go through the links that u provided.........actually iam trying to build a website......for static pages alone i use dnn modules........and for dynamic pages i use asp.net  pages which i create in Microsoft visual studio .........and then upload it in local dnn..................dnn supports uploaded asp.net pages...........but just there were a couple of things i couldn't accomplish as per my preference.....Thanks for your suggestions.....

I got the solution for this by using the following code in my aspx html codes

<a href="http://localhost/dnn/Tenanthandbook/tabid/64/Default.aspx" target="_parent">Submit</a>
