Hello team,

I am using the Feedback module as a Contact Us module. However, I have not been able to get the module to send out an email. The following is the error that is trapped in the Event Viewer. I am not sure what is causing this. I have tried the SMTP test within the HOST settings and that works fine.

it looks like there is an issue with the domain of the email address used. Next version of this module will include the option to use admin email as sender and the email specified by the user as replyTo. This shall alow you to solve this issue.

this sounds like an issue with your host - ie your destination is not able to receive the email coz your host has been greylisted...

If I am understanding you right. It appears that this module will not let you use a "Send To" email address that is different from the Admin email address. Therefore, the email address that is entered into the Feedback module must match the email of the sender..

So, my next question is which module should I be using for a Contact Us type of workflow..

the sendTo needs to be of the same DOMAIN as the admin's, e.g. feedback@domain.com and webmaster@domain.com but not feedback@anotherdomain.com
