Hello everybody,

I'd like users that register to my portal (DNN 4.8.0) enter all required fields during registration. So in Admin -> User Accounts -> User Settings -> User Accounts Settings I've checked "Require a valid Profile for Registration".

But when I logout and click on "Registration" I've some fields double displayed (first name and last name): one time in "Preffered" and another time in "Name" section.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks.

I've two field double displayed: "First Name" and "Last Name"... One time in "Preffered User Information" and one time in "Name"... And it has no sense, what happen if a user enters different names in the two textbox of the same field? Which value is taken by DotNetNuke?

Please help me! How can I solve this problem?

Don't hold me to this, but I THINK you can fix this by going to ADMIN -> User Accounts -> Edit (Manage Profile Properties)... You should be able to delete (and add) whatever properties you want out of there.

Hello tweaked,

and thanks, the problem is that "FirstName" and "LastName" cannot be deleted.... In "Manage Profile Properties" they don't have the button for delete them...
