Hi,

    I am trying to read the RSS Feed into DataSet using System.Xml.XmlTextReader in my new DNN module but i got the following error

      Error: RSSFeeds is currently unavailable.
      DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The remote name could not be resolved: 'www.cricinfo.com'.

I used the following code:

private DataTable GetRSSFeed

    System.Xml.XmlTextReader reader = new System.Xml.XmlTextReader("http://www.cricinfo.com/rss/livescores.xml");

    DataSet lobjds = new DataSet();

    lobjds.ReadXml(reader);

     return lobjds.Tables[2];

 }

Anyone knows what the problem is? Is there any DNN's security concept which is creating the problem?

Namita

Probably problems with DNS at your server. Can you check? Or maybe wrong domain name?
