My DNN database has been steadily growing even though I wasn't adding content so I did some research and found out about the site log. I have almost 700,000 records. I can purge them easily, but how do I turn off this feature? When I go to the site log tab option it says it's been disabled, but it's adding new records all the time. I see the options for site log under host settings, but no way to turn it off.

you can switch in host settings to file system, this will create default log files instead.

I saw that I could do that, but is there no way to completely turn off this feature? It's not something I am ever going to use as I use google analytics and would like to have the extra processing turned off.

AFAIK not, please post this as enhancement request into the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com, so it won't get lost.
