Following the install PDF to the "T" multiple times, I have downloaded the DNN SDK and followed the VS Community Content Installer prompts, and "Successfully Completed Install".  However, when I choose "New Website" the DNN template is not available.
The installer placed the following zip files in the VS2005 folder as follows:

Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Web Developer\VisualBasic\DotNetNuke.zip
Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ItemTemplates\Visual Web Developer\VisualBasic\Module_VB.zip
Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ItemTemplates\Visual Web Developer\VisualBasic\Skin.zip
Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ItemTemplates\Visual Web Developer\CSharp\Module_CS.zip

I belive that these are all of the files installed, but are they in the right directories?  Do they need to be extracted? Renamed?

I have browsed the forums and found similar issues, but no answers that work for me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated
