I have a client that like the look of a certain web set.

They are interested in setting up a site using the web set, but is also interested in the flexibility that DNN has to offer.

I am wondering is any one has any experience in taking a non-DNN design like those you can find at: http://www.majesticwebsets.com/

and implementing it in DNN.

I'm not familair with these Web Sets, but in principle any HTML design can be transfered to a DNN skin

Well, at first glance this looks like another way of saying "template"... and without sounding too much like a snob, there's much better out there (graphics are sub-par and MIDI background music... yikes) but what the client wants, the client gets.  You may want to check out DNNCreative's latest vids on converting XHTML Skins to DNN. Just looking at the source of these pages, alot could be replaced by tokens and modules.
