Just started getting this error ... only seems to happen when I'm in Administrator mode... does anyone have any recommendations for a resolution? DNN 4.3.7

Ok then, its fixed. We originally focused our analysis at the bin directory looking for problematic DLLs. This was based on a search of 'BC30560'.  We had replication running however and our secondary web head was working fine without getting this error. Folders on both the primary and secondary were identical...  We couldn't see any reason why this needed to be compiled based on the contents of the folders. We moved this website to a new application pool in IIS, didn't help... We copied the suspect directory on the primary to a backup and defined a new website with this as the virtual directory, everything worked fine, error did not manifest itself.  What we ended up doing was deleting the assemblies from cache in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root on the primary web head. This caused the pages to be rebuilt and resolved the problem. For whatever reason there must have been some sort of corruption in the Temporary ASP.NET Files\root folder on the primary web head.

Had the same problem today following a Microsoft Update. Peter's solution worked perfectly. Thanks for posting. Two-and-a-half years later it's still helpful!

We were receiving this same error, but not visible on the site.  The errors were found in the database.

The sites were coming up, but they were not displaying any module content.  One of our sites would not display the login control.

We deleted the Temporary ASP.Net files and our issues was resolved.

Thank you for this post Peter.  Still helpful!
