Finally I was able to see the insttalion page but at the bottom of the lines there is an error occured like this:

00:00:11.296 - Executing Additional Scripts:
00:00:11.296 -   Creating Portal: My Website
00:00:11.437 -   Error: The stored procedure 'dbo.GetFile' doesn't exist.
00:00:11.437 -   Portal failed to install:
00:00:11.437 - Installing Optional Resources:

And then when I click the "Click Here To Access Your Portal" link it showed an error page like this:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Please help me where I am wrong. I would be very glad to see your help.

Delete the database, reinstall the code, and try to recreate your portal.

I had similar problem - Found several possible causes which ultimately fixed it
1. if IIS was installed after .NET then run aspnet_regiis -i (from .net folder in c:\windows). If you search for aspnet_regiis in google you'll find ways of checking if asp.net is registered already.
- Once I'd sorted this I got an 'unable to connect to SQLServer Instance' (database) type error

2. Set SQLServer authentication to use both Windows authentication & SQL Server authentication.  I only had one and setting it to use both was what finally fixed my problem.
