Hi,

I got a question regarding webbrowser autocompletion for the login tab.
I can't get dotnetnuke to remember the password for autocompletion provided by IE. It only seems like IE stores the username and not the password.

Is it something that I have to change in dotnetnuke or why isn't the password stored?

Thanks, Johan

as far as i know this has been turned off in DNN 4.7.0, because it is a security risk

Ok, do you know if it's possible to activate that functionality again?

I've looked at the code in Login.ascx but I can't find anything that prevents the passwords from being stored by IE?

/J.

I've also noticed that Firefox manages to store username and password for AutoComplete but it don't work in IE.. Anybody got a clue why IE can't store the password for AutoComplete??
